Chimi Scrambled Eggs

  • 3 Free Range eggs
  • 50ml Skim cream or milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Chimi medium


  1. BEAT eggs in medium bowl until blended.
  2. ADD milk, salt and pepper and beat again until blended.
  3. HEAT butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  4. POUR in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently PULL the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds
  5. CONTINUE cooking—pulling, lifting and folding eggs—until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. REMOVE from heat. SERVE immediately.
  6. ADD our Chimichurri Medium on top of the eggs and enjoy a great time.
