Chimi-Avo on Toast
This classic snack goes to the next level when you dab a little Chimi on top. The creaminess of the avo is complemented perfectly by the spice and zest of the chimi.
Ingredients
- 2 Pieces of sourdough bread
- 1 Avocado
- salt and pepper
- lemon
- 1 tsp Chimi mild
Instructions
- TOAST your sourdough until the bread starts to brown.
- HALVE the avocado and remove the pit.
- Carefully SLICE the avocado inside the skin and fan the slices onto the bread.
- ADD salt and pepper then top with Chimichurri.
- Alternatively you can SPREAD the Chimichurri on the bread, and add the avocado.
- A little squeeze of lemon adds a little more zest.
