Chimi-Avo on Toast

This classic snack goes to the next level when you dab a little Chimi on top. The creaminess of the avo is complemented perfectly by the spice and zest of the chimi.


  • 2 Pieces of sourdough bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon
  • 1 tsp Chimi mild


  1. TOAST your sourdough until the bread starts to brown.
  2. HALVE the avocado and remove the pit.
  3. Carefully SLICE the avocado inside the skin and fan the slices onto the bread.
  4. ADD salt and pepper then top with Chimichurri.
  5. Alternatively you can SPREAD the Chimichurri on the bread, and add the avocado.
  6. A little squeeze of lemon adds a little more zest.
